DESCRIPTION:GEM will hold a Board Meeting and Members’ Sessions (Strategic Session & Members’ Roundtable) on January 24-25\, 2024. \nMeeting Location:\nLowes Ventana Canyon Resort \nMeetings:\nMembers’ Sessions (Strategic Planning & Members’ Roundtable)\nBoard Meeting \nConfirmed Meeting Dates:\nWednesday\, January 24\, 2024 (Full Day)\nThursday\, January 25\, 2024 (Half Day)\n\nThe GEM room block dates are as follows:\nArrival: Tuesday\, January 23\, 2024\nDeparture: Thursday\, January 25\, 2024 \nHotel Room Block:\nThe GEM room block rate of $289 & $20 resort fee only applies to the two guestroom nights in the room block (Tuesday\, January 23) and (Wednesday\, January 24) for reservations booked by the room block deadline. All room nights requested pre and post the room block dates are subject to hotel rate and availability\, as is any reservation made after the deadline (date to be confirmed). \nRoom Confirmation Process:\nGEM has contracted a guest room block for this event for arrival on Tuesday\, January 23\, and departure on Thursday\, January 25. All reservations must go through GEM. We will need to confirm the guest room nights that you requested (especially pre and post room block dates) with the hotel.
