At a Board Meeting held via conference call on Thursday, September 15^th, the Board appointed Micheon Balmer, from CalTIP, as the new Board Member to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Robin Johnson.  Micheon will fill Robin’s unexpired term that concludes at the Annual Meeting in 2012, at which point she will be eligible to run for a full three year term.
