The National Association of Government Entity Programs (NAGeP) sponsors Government Entities Mutual, Inc. (GEM).
NAGeP was incorporated as a non-profit organization in August, 2005 in the District of Columbia. The current officers and directors are: Chairman, Mike Rhyner; Vice Chair, Brett Davis; Secretary, Lew Leigh; Al Hatten, Parker Chambers, Ty Gagne, and Robin Johnson. John Foehl serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President. Marie D'Agostino serves as the Treasurer.

About NAGeP
NAGeP is the successor organization to the National Public Excess Program (NPX). NPX operated a liability risk purchasing group from January 1, 1997 to December 31, 2002. NPX served as GEM's sponsoring association until the incorporation of NAGeP in 2005.
